Pre-orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit via online transfer; the remaining amount is paid upon delivery.

Gift cards require full online payment and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Return Policy

No refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.

Items must be checked upon delivery; if you wish to open the package upon courier arrival, a 10 EGP extra charge applies & must be requested before shipping.

Any defects discovered after delivery must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise claims will not be eligible for support, refund or exchange.
